Ironing instead of sewing: the name says it all. The thermo foil BSN permanently bonds patches, badges and emblems - without sewing!
After embroidery, BSN is ironed onto the entire reverse side of the emblem. This makes every appliqué extremely durable, even edges and borders will not come off.

BSN is available in two versions: Use with an iron (type H) or with a heat press (type I).
Type I
- suitable for washing up to 60° C
- chemical cleaning possible
- fixation also possible with an iron

- Heat-seal film for appliqués, patches and emblems.
- For permanent bonding of edges, borders and seams
